Your iNTSP Learning Account

Create your iNTSP Learning Account when you want to access any of the iNTSP resources, complete our e-lerning modules, or book your first course. Your account gives you one place to manage your learning with the National Tracheostomy Safety Project Institute.

Once you have an account, you can:

• Access any of our iNTSP resources
• Complete our e-learning
• Book NTSP courses and manage your registrations
• See your upcoming and completed training
• Access online and e-learning courses
• Track your learning progress and course completion
• Access your course certificates
• Keep a record of your iNTSP training history

Your account stays with you, so when you return for another iNTSP course you can simply sign in rather than creating a new registration.

How it works

1. Create your account. You can do this anytime or as part of your first booking.
2. Verify your email address in your mail app and return to the iNTSP portal (these webpages).
3. Book onto e-learning modules, courses or events.
4. In your iNTSP Learning Account, you can see any e-learning, courses or events that you have booked.
5. Some events will require confirmation from the iNTSP team, but any e-learning that you register for will be available to you immediately.
6. Your learning record in the iNTSP Learning Account will be updated after around 1 hour after an event after the system checks you have completed all of the requirements to get a certificate. You will then receive a certificate by email.
7. All training records and certificates remain available in your iNTSP Learning Account while you have an active account with us.

Some important points

• E-learning is free.
• Courses and events usually have a fee to cover our costs
• Some discounts may be applied by special discount code, or by your organisation (identified by your email address)
• You have to complete the checkout process for each booking (even the free ones). You can add multiple events and e-learning modules to your basket before you check out.
• Some courses can be paid for by invoice. You need approval from your employer at the time of booking and a purchase order number is usually required. Any invoices need to be paid to secure your place on the course before you attend.
• We don't need any card details when you book onto just e-learning or free events.

E-Learning

• If you complete an e-learning module, please make sure that you click the red [COMPLETE SESSION] box on the last page. This noties us that you have answered all the questions and completed the session.
• You can print a certificate directly from the e-learning portal (managed by NHS England e-Learning for Healthcare) if you need one immediately.
• Your learning record in the iNTSP Learning Account will be updated after around 1 hour once the system checks your e-learning responses. You will then receive a certificate by email.
• All training records and certificates remain available in your iNTSP Learning Account while you have an active account with us.

Your information will be stored securely and handled in accordance with the NTSP Privacy Policy and NTSP UK GDPR Data Protection Policy.
